What is GetHighLytics?
GetHighLytics is an AI-powered competitive intelligence platform for digital marketing agencies. It analyzes marketing audit PDFs and competitor websites to generate comprehensive competitor analysis reports with weighted scoring, strategic recommendations, and professional formatting.
How do I create my first report?
Log in to your dashboard.
Click "Generate New Report"
Upload your client's GoHighLevel marketing audit PDF
Add 1-3 competitor website URLs
Click "Generate Report" and wait for the AI to analyze the data
View, edit, and export your completed report
What file formats can I upload?
Currently, GetHighLytics accepts PDF files from GoHighLevel marketing/prospecting tool audits. The AI is specifically trained to extract and analyze data from these reports.
Report Generation
How long does it take to generate a report?
Most reports are completed within 2-5 minutes, depending on the complexity and number of competitors analyzed. You'll see a progress indicator while the AI processes your data.
How many competitors can I analyze per report?
You can analyze 1-3 competitors per report. This flexibility allows you to adapt to your client's needs—whether it's a quick single-competitor check or a comprehensive market analysis.
What categories are scored in the analysis?
Each report scores businesses across five critical marketing categories:
Website Performance - Site speed, mobile responsiveness, user experience
SEO Performance - Search visibility, keyword optimization, technical SEO
Online Reviews & Reputation - Review volume, ratings, sentiment
Business Information Clarity - NAP consistency, business listings accuracy
Online Directory Listings - Presence across major directories and platforms
How are the scores calculated?
Our proprietary weighted scoring system uses a deterministic algorithm based on fact-based rubrics. Each category is weighted according to its impact on overall digital marketing success, ensuring consistent, objective, and comparable scores across all reports.

How can I export my reports?
You can export reports in two formats:
PDF - Use your browser's print function for a professional PDF export
Word Document - Download as a .docx file for easy editing and customization
Can I customize reports before exporting?
Yes! Use the Page Builder to create custom cover pages, branded inserts, and supplementary content. These can be combined with your generated reports for a fully customized client deliverable.
Can I share reports with clients directly?
Reports are designed to be exported and shared through your agency's existing client communication channels. Download the report and send it via email or your client portal.
Team & Account Management
What user roles are available?
Admin - Full access including team management, invitations, role changes, and all reports Member - Can create and view reports within their company
How do I invite team members?
Admins can invite new team members from the Team Management section. Enter the email address and select their role (Admin or Member). The invitee will receive an email with instructions to join.
Can I change a team member's role?
Yes. Admins can change any team member's role between Admin and Member at any time from the Team Management section.
Can I remove team members?
Yes. Admins can suspend or remove team members. Suspended members cannot access the platform but their data is preserved. Removed members are permanently deleted.
Subscriptions & Billing
What subscription plans are available?
GetHighLytics offers five subscription tiers:
Discover - Freemium entry-level for agencies getting started
Pro Insight - For growing agencies with moderate volume
Growth Studio - For established agencies with higher report generation needs
Agency Pro - Maximum capacity for high-volume agencies
Enterprise - Custom number of admins, members, reporting quota and more for very high volume agencies.
What is a report quota?
Each subscription tier includes a monthly allocation of reports you can generate. Your quota resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.
What happens if I reach my quota?
You'll be notified when approaching your limit. Once reached, you'll need to upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle for your quota to reset.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current billing cycle to ensure you receive the full value of your current subscription.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. GetHighLytics uses enterprise-grade security including:
Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
Session-based authentication
Company-level data isolation
Signed URLs for asset access
Who can see my reports and data?
Only users within your company can access your reports, assets, and data. Each company is completely isolated from others on the platform.
Is my client data private?
Absolutely. Client data uploaded for analysis is processed securely and is only accessible to authorized users within your company. We do not share, sell, or use your client data for any purpose beyond generating your requested reports.
Troubleshooting
My report generation failed. What should I do?
Ensure your PDF is a valid GoHighLevel marketing audit
Check that the file isn't corrupted or password-protected
Verify your competitor URLs are valid and accessible
Try generating the report again
Contact support if the issue persists
Images aren't loading in the Page Builder. What's wrong?
Ensure you're accessing the platform via HTTPS. The Page Builder requires secure connections for all assets to load properly. Clear your browser cache if issues persist.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and you'll receive a secure password reset link.
